Second phase for Peckham HelpCentre

Following the acquisition of the building on Rye Lane, the UCKG HelpCentre property department have been busy planning the second phase of this project - the renovation of all current facilities and creation of a state of the art youth centre.

Architects have been appointed and so far produced the first draft of drawings for the proposed redevelopment of the building. The UCKG Board of Trustees will in the weeks to come peruse all submitted drawings prior to a decision on the final layout.

Pr Paul Hill, property manager for the UCKG HelpCentre added; “This is a very labour intensive and at the same time exciting period, as we look to define how this building will better serve the Peckham community.”

Once drawings are approved by the trustees, the full set of details will be sent to selected contractors for tendering for the works to start on site.
